Proclamation by the greatest Geonim, Poskim and Rashei Yeshivos for establishing the 'Knesses Bnei HaGolah' institution in the Sanhedria neighborhood for Holocaust refugees and orphans, hand-signed by them. Jerusalem, 1946.

A proclamation by Gedolei Hador published shortly after the terrible war in Europe for establishing the 'Knesses Bnei HaGolah' institution for the children of Transnistria, Bergen Belsen, Buchenwald and Teheran, calling to assist and support them by establishing an institution under the supervision of Maran the Gaon Rabbi Zalman Sorotzkin Av Beis Din of Lutzk and eventually the chairman of Moetzes Gedolei HaTorah, the chairman of Va'ad HaYeshivos and of independent education.

The proclamation is signed by the leaders of the community: the Gaon Rabbi Isser zalman Meltzer the Rosh Yeshiva of Etz Chaim, the Gaon Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Halevi Scher the Rosh Yeshiva of Slabodka, the Gaon Rabbi Shimshon Aharon Polanski of Teplik, the Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Finkel the Rosh Yeshiva of Mir and the Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua of Horodna, a refuggee from Minsk [the great Gaon Rabbi Yehoshua Horodner, Rabbi Yehoshua Cimbalist]. Original signature of the Gaon of Teplik, the Gaon of Minsk and the Gaon Rabbi Eliezer Yehuda Finkel of Mir. Some of the signature are mimeographed. Appearing are also original stamps of the Slabodka Yeshiva, the Mir Yeshiva and the Gaon of Teplik.
