The personal copy of the great Gaon Rabbi Moshe Eiger the nephew and disciple of the Gaon Rabbi Akiva Eiger and the publisher of his writings who is referred to numerous times in Shut Chassam Sofer. 


Sefer Tkafo Cohen, by Rabbeinu the Shach, on the rules of Dinim on תיקו and  פלוגתא דרבוותא and two opinions amongst the Poskim and the claim of קים לי  and other common Dinim. Yochonon Christoff Beckman Press, Frankfurt an der Oder, [1677]. First edition. 


The great Gaon Rabbi Moshe Ginz-Schlesinger (passed away om 1857) - the son of the Gaon Rabbi Bunem Ginz the brother of the Gaon Rabbi Akiva Eiger. One of his greatest disciples who prepared his Seforim for printing. One of the first disciples of Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Yanov at the Furth Yeshiva who continued his studies with his uncle Rabbi Akiva Eiger and since 1839 was a student of the Kloiz of Rabbi Leib Bar Shaul in Hamburg. A Gaon in the Nigleh and the Nistar. One of the rabbis of Vilhen. Left manuscripts of Torah innovations, including a commentary on the 'HaIdra'. Is mentioned numerous times in the writings of Rabbi Akiva Eiger and the responsa of Rabbeinu the Chassam Sofer. 


[2], 90 leaves, 18 cm. With the handwritten signature of Rabbi Moshe Eiger and the stamps of the Yechiel Wallach Beis Midrash - the ancient Kloiz of Hamburg. New, elegant semi-leather binding, stains, restoration of corners in [3] leaves slightly affecting the text, good condition.
