Press of the partners of the holy communities of Vilna and Horodna, [1829]. First edition. The Copy of Rabbi Abba Chaim Levinson, the Rav of Baltimore. 


[2], 30; [2], 23; [2], 59, [1] leaves, 22 cm. 3 sections in a single volume, with a separate title page for each section. With stamps of Rabbi Abba Chaim Levinson. 


Rabbi Abba Chaim ben Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Levinson - a sharp scholar born in Lithuania, the son-in-law of Rabbi Shlomo Marshak of Szawle. At the age of 23 he immigarted to the USA, serving as a Rav in Rochester for 10 years and then as Rav in Baltimore for 22 years. Owned a large religious library and approbated several Seforim. Passed away in 1912. 


New binding, stains, wear to the perimeter of the last leaf not affecting the text, some moth damage, good general condition.
