Part of "Mada" from the Rambam's Mishneh Torah,  an introduction from the publisher, the survivor Rabbi Yitzchak Meir Zemba in which he relates the reasons which brought him to publish the book: "After the survivors were dried out during the days of terror, especially the youth, who fell when they were still young...and the horn of Israel was cut off...therefore I think that it is the right time to carry out my thought and to publish the Rambam's books..." and he ends: "The words of one of the miserable ones who still dwells in the land which will be written down for eternal damnation, impure Germany..."
Original impressive cover with many symmetrical decorations. Excellent condition.
