In the magazine is a summary of the meeting of the Supreme Beit Din of the Dayanim and Rabbis of Morocco, halachic rulings about the kashrut of wine, daughters inheriting and more. In the booklet before us is a special letter of blessing which was sent from America from the Rebbe Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneersohn of Lubavitch in the fourth year of his term as Rebbe, to encourage the meeting of the Rabbis of Morocco who gathered in order to strengthen the religion and the Torah. At the end is a comment from the publisher: "The Rebbe's blessings gladdened all of the Rabbis...".
