Two Letters about Shlichut Gett - Algiers / London
A. Letter by Rabbi Aharon Michael Vinyl Av Beit Din of Algiers and the state to Rabbi Nathan Adler Ha'Cohen, 1863. About a husband who is delaying in giving his wife a Gett because of money. In the letter, the rabbi requests to influence the husband to give his wife the Gett.
Condition: Fair. Tears and omissions.
B. Letter by an important rabbi to the rabbis of London. About Shlichut Gett. On the reverse side of the leaf, the text of the Gett and the text of the letter given to the emissary. Handwritten.
Condition: Fair. Part of the signature is missing. Tears.
