Letter handwritten and signed by Rabbi Avraham Frankel to his friend Rabbi Benzion Weber of Jerusalem (the son of Rabbi Mordechai Eliezer Weber "The Genius of Adda"). Budapest, 1913.
Rabbi Avraham Mordechai Frankel (1860-1937), one of the disciples of Rabbi simcha Bonem Sofer (the "Shevet Sofer"). The president of the Kollel "Shomrei Ha'Chomot" in Jerusalem. Since 1905, he was the chairman of the National Bureau of the Orthodox Community in Hungary and the representative of the Jews in the Hungarian parliament.
