Halachic responses by Rabbi Aharon Moshe Toibish, Rabbi Shlomo Kluger abd Rabbi Yosef Saul Nathanzon, hand-copied by Rabbi Aharon Shmuel Assad.
The responses deal with the money donated by Jews of the Diaspora to the Jews of the Land of Israel. They were sent to Rabbi Chaim Nathan Dembitzer Rosh Av Beit Din of Krakow, which were published in his book "Magenei Eretz Yisrael" (Lvov, 1852).
Rabbi Aharon Shmuel Assad (1830-1905), the son of Rabbi Yehuda Assad, the author of "Yehuda Ya'ale" and his continuer as a rabbi sin Hungary. He was the disciple of his father and of the "Ketav Sofer".
