Ketubah of the bridegroom Kamus Rubin and the widow Esther. Tripoli, 1883. The Ketubah was handwritten by Rabbi Saul Adadi with his signature and the signature of Rabbi Reuben Agiv.
Rabbi Saul Adadi (1850-1919), the son of Rabbi Avraham Chaim Adadi the author of the book "Va'Yikra Avraham", Rosh Av Beit Din of Tripoli after his father's death. A holy man who lived a pure and ascetic life. He taught many disciples in his yeshiva in Tripoli.On the reverse side of the Ketubah, a handwritten bill waiving half of the Ketubah of the above woman from 1914 hand-signed by Rabbi Ya'akov Hadad and Rabbi Rachamim Agiv (died in 1935), who were two of the rabbis of Tripoli.
