Letter by the Rebbe Rayatz, written on his behalf by his secretary, Rabbi Moshe Leib Rodstein. The letter is addressed to Rabbi Chanoch Handel Havlin. Typewritten on the official stationery of the Rebbe Rayatz. The secretary's signature appears at the margins of the letter.
The letter is about renting a yard that belonged to the Rebbe in the holy city of Hebron.
