A medal issued specifically for the Lag Ba'Omer procession of 1990.
A few days before lag Ba'Omer, the Rebbe ordered to issue special coins as a souvenir from the traditional procession of Chabad on Lag Ba'Omer, 1990. During the procession, the Rebbe handed out the coins (by means of people) to the participants of the procession.
On one side of the coin, an impression of building 770 and around it the words "Hine Ma Tov U'Ma Na'im Shevet Achim Gam Yachad…". On the reverse side, an illustration of a Lag Ba'Omer bonfire and the date "Lag Ba'Omer, 1990" in Hebrew and English and "Yom Hillula De'Rashbi".
30 packages of 89 coins each were handed out during the procession: a total of 2670 coins.
Diameter: 4 cm. Weight: 28 gram.
The medal is in a box.
