This book, like the other books by the author, was enthusiastically approbated by the greatest rabbis from the Land of Israel and the Diaspora.
On the title page, the author's dedication, filled in by hand, to Rabbi Raphael Zilberman, Rosh Av Beit Din of Zefat.

Rabbi Raphael Zilberman (1839-1918), the Chief Rabbi of the Ashkenazic community in Zefat was born in Uman. When he was 11, he immigrated to Zefat, there he used to seclude himself and study Torah at the Beit Midrash beside the grave of Rashbi in Meron. In 1860, he was appointed Dayan and Motz of th ecommmunity in Zefat. After his father's death in 1872, he was appointed the Chief Rabbi of Zefat. He was known for his wisdom and greatness, which even the Turks acknowledged by giving him the title "Chacham Bashi".
After his death, his grandson, Rabbi Avraham Leib Zilberman, replaced him as Chief Rabbi of Zefat.
