Throughout the leaves and on the endpapers are dozens of scholarly glosses, most of them in the same handwriting. Some of them are very long, full of important novaelle. Including glosses on the Aggadah in the tractates. The writer's identity is unknown, but there is no doubt that he was one of the Jewish people's great scholars.
Condition: Fair. Water stains and mold. Tears and wear. Almost all of the glosses were not damaged.
