HaRadbaz Responsa Part Three – First Edition – Signatures and Glosses from Tunis
Shu"t HaRidvaz part three. Furth, 1781. First edition.
On the title page is an inscription and signature of Rabbi Shlomo Hakim, Chacham Bashi of the city of Safed (mentioned in "HaMa'asaf" edition 8 paragraph 47).
Underneath this inscription is an additional inscription and signature: "And I bought it I am the last redeemer Moshe Shemamah" – one of the Rabbis of Tunis at the time of Rabbi Avraham Hagag author of "Zaro Shel Avraham", mentioned in the books of the sages of Tunis as "The Primary Rabbi".
Amongst the book's pages are a number of handwritten comments and glosses.
Condition: Fair. Moth damage.
