A notice printed by Rabbi Yisrael Welcz, the rabbi of Budapest, after the terrible Holocaust, and which was distributed amongst the She'erit HaPleta in Budapest, 1946. Gvirtz Printing Press.
The notice has the title "Karuza Karei B'Cheil", and in it are words of encouragement about "the obligation of fixing times for Torah"; "Taharat HaMishpacha"; "Odot HaPritzut"; "Chizuk HaTorah Vehayeshivot" and more. On the side of the notice are words of encouragement regarding modesty, written in Hungarian.
Extremely rare.

Condition: Good. Creases and small tears, with almost no damage to text.
