A financial certificate pertaining to the conflicts between the Kollelim of Jerusalem known as "Machloket HeChatzer" (The Yard Conflict) which upset the old Yishuv of Jerusalem.
Signed by the four litigators Rabbi Yehuda leib Tavetz, Rabbi Shaul Binyamin Hacohen, Rabbi Yitzchak Yaakov Sofer Chaslavitzer and Rabbi Aryeh Leib Hacohen and their witnesses Yosef Ben Yaakov Segal and Chanoch Ben Ze'ev.
