The Germans invaded Stopnica on September 8 1939. They set fire to the Jewish Quarter of the town and murdered four Jews. At the beginning of 1940, a Judenrat was founded in Stopnica. One of its divisions was involved in social assistance and its workers wore the arm band "Sozialarbeiter".
Condition: Very Good.
