ספר שושנת העמקים, ביאור על מגילת שיר השירים, מאת רבי משה אלשיך. ונציה, דפוס זואן די גארה, [שס"ו 1606]. מהדורה שניה שהובאה לדפוס על ידי רבי חיים אלשיך, בן המחבר, ואף הוגהה על ידו.
רישום בעלות בדף השער: "הגיע לחלקי אני מרדכי ויגייביאני". רישומים נוספים באיטלקית בדף האחרון ובדפי הכריכה.
ס דף. 19.5 ס"מ. מצב משתנה בין הדפים. עשרות הדפים הראשונים במצב בינוני-טוב. עשרה מהדפים האחרונים במצב בינוני. כתמים, בהם כתמי רטיבות. בכעשרה מהדפים האחרונים עקבות רטיבות עם סימני פטריה. קרע קטן חסר במרכז דף השער, עם פגיעה בטקסט. קרעים חסרים בעשרת הדפים האחרונים, עם פגיעות בטקסט, משוקמים במילוי נייר. רישומים רבים בכתב-יד. כריכה ישנה.
