מחזור לראש השנה וליום הכיפורים, כמנהג ק"ק ספרדים. אמשטרדם, דפוס שלמה כ"ץ פרופס, [תע"ב 1712].
פורמט כיס, בדף השער: "מתוקן בכרך קטן ובסדר נאה ויפה".
[1], שיא-ת, תיט-תכב, תכד-תסח דף. חסרים 19 דפים: תא-תיח, ודף תכג. 10 ס"מ. פנים הסידור במצב כללי טוב. כריכה במצב בינוני. כתמים. בלאי קל. חיתוך דפים עם פגיעות בכותרות הדפים במספר מקומות. כריכת עור מקורית עם עיטורים מוזהבים ונייר פורזץ מצוייר מקורי. בלאי, פגמים וסימני עש בכריכה, וקרעים חסרים בשדרה.
