This book recounts the history of the Spanish Jewish community in Vienna.
“The history of the Spanish-Jewish community in Vienna, from its establishment and until today, based on historical facts. Compiled in German by Adolf Smelianski, community secretary, and translated into Ladino by Rabbi Michael Papo, community officer.”
This book was printed in both German and Ladino, with the German half printed left to right with its own title page.

This book includes copies of historical certificates translated into Ladino. Page 16 includes the official titles and medals awarded by the Turkish Sultan to distinguished persons in the Spanish Jewish community in Vienna.
